We have a VERY special guest reader coming today, because she has written one of our books we've had on display in our window: "A Creature Was Stirring". This is the sweetest new Christmas book, we love it as a read-aloud, and cannot WAIT to have Heather in the store with us. She will be available at 10:30 for a signing (this will make an EXCELLENT Christmas gift), and will join us for storytime at 11:00. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Heather S. Pierczynski is a children’s author and school social worker from “near Charlotte,” North Carolina. Despite objections from her human and fur family, she never goes to bed at a reasonable hour—even on the night before Christmas. A Creature Was Stirring is her first picture book.
